We are a Roofing Company that works in and around the Bristol area on both domestic and commercial projects. In March 2004 our company underwent many changes, one part being an office move. As with anyone who uses computers for their work knows, this is a time of upheaval and change and usually no computers. Along with the office move we had a new accounts package installed that needed to be kept active as much as possible. We needed someone to understand and meet these. Due to the changes happening we decided we'd review all our computer needs. Looking at our web site it had been neglected and not maintained, needing some up dating. We also had ideas to improve it that we needed technical advice and help designing to implement our ideas.

That's when we contacted Auxillio Solutions, between Jem and Chris they visited us and explained our options on both the office system and Web-site possibilities. We had our Web Site refreshed and added our on-line quoting system which Chris designed based on information we provided. Which has been a complete success. Our computers were all up and running on the day of the move and have been cleaned and tidied up in the process. We've since called Auxillio on a couple of occasions for other computer emergencies, to which they have either resolved over the phone or visited us at our offices and got us back up and running in no time. I now plan to use Auxillio for my home computer! And would highly recommend them!
